- Setup, Configuration & Operation of HelpDesk TICKET Generation System (TGS) to help automate Complaint Lodging & Resolution mechanism for Members/Residents/Other Participants of UCO Apartments;
- LOGO DESIGNING for various Society Level Initiatives like Mission PANNIW, NOTICE BOARD WhatsApp Group, UCO (Blue), UCO (Red), UCO (Green) & UCO (Yellow) to name a few, with MORE LOGO DESIGN Work available for Others in UCO Apartments INTERESTED in CONTRIBUTING in kind;
- HOME PAGE DEVELOPMENT for single window access to various Society Level Initiatives, requiring MORE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT Work from Anyone in UCO Apartments having GOOD Design Skills & INTERESTED in CONTRIBUTING in kind;
- Setup, Configuration & Operation of UCO Apartments ONLINE MAIN Group on WhatsApp with SPECIALIZED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES based Sub-Groups for Operation by Current &/or Future Office Bearers of the Managing & Executive Committee of the Society; as well as
- Setup, Configuration & Operation of CENTRAL-DATA-STORE (CDS) on the Google Drive as a Centralized Repository for All Digitized Documents of the Society;
